I would like to return a product, how do I do this?

We understand that you may need to return a Charlotte’s Web™ product. Should you feel the need to do so, please contact us within seven days of receiving the shipment. We will send a package label to your email that you can print out, place on the same package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
