Distractions and demands are pressed upon us all day, every day. Non-stop emails, social media alerts, thousands of options for entertainment at your fingertips, not to mention the very real offline demands of family, work, friends and pets (don’t forget them!).
We all have goals. Some are more ambitious than others.
Not everyone dreams of running a hundred miles on the regular, but most of us are pretty darn impressed with anyone who does.
Few of us wake up luxuriously or move gracefully through our day. More often than not, we feel slammed between obligations - alarm clock - shower - school drop off - work - “did I have breakfast?”- meeting, meeting, meeting, email, email, email - back to school - workout (if we’re lucky) - dinner - and get ready to do it all over again. So — really — who has the time to relax?
