How do I return a Charlotte's Web product?

We understand that you may need to return a Charlotte’s Web™ product. Should you feel the need to do so, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will send a package label to your email that you can print out, place on the same package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.

If your product was purchased through a Charlotte's Web distributor or retailer, you will need to go back through your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
