How do I skip, pause or cancel my product subscription?

We're bummed to see you go. If at any point you change your mind, you can create a new subscription or contact our Customer Care team to reactivate a cancelled subscription.

Skip Next Delivery:
1. Log into your Charlotte's Web account
2. Select the "My Product Subscriptions" tab on the left hand menu
3. Select the "Skip Next Delivery" option
4. Click "Yes" to confirm your changes
*If you would like to change the recurring date of your monthly subscription, please contact Customer Care so that an agent can further assist you. 
 
Pause Subscription:
1. Log into your Charlotte's Web account
2. Select the "My Product Subscriptions" tab on the left hand menu
3. Select "Pause Subscription"
4. Click "Yes" to confirm your changes
5. Your subscription will be paused until you reactivate it. 
 
Cancel Subscription: 
1. Log into your Charlotte's Web account
2. Select the "My Product Subscriptions" tab on the left hand menu
3. Select "Cancel Subscription" 
4. A message will then state, "Your Subscription has been updated." This means you have successfully canceled your subscription.
